Sardinia, Italy, is a place unapologetically itself, blessed with stunning turquoise waters and rusted beach scapes. A mixture of garlic and fresh pipis waft through the air as large pots of water boil fregola, satisfying the taste buds of beachgoers and locals alike.

I captured this scene as I was escorted around this island by my Sardinian hosts. Weathered walkways and driftwood dot these stunningly untouched beaches making it a watercolourist's dream.
